2. Description of Service
Vizsell is an AI-powered product video generation platform. Users can upload product images and generate short-form vertical videos suitable for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Amazon.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One account per person; no shared accounts
4. Payment and Credits
- New users receive 5 free video generation credits
- Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
- Credits are non-refundable once used
- Credits from one-time purchases do not expire
- Lifetime plan is limited to 50 generations per month
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Use the Service for spam or mass generation of misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service
- Share or resell your account credentials
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the images you upload. Generated videos are licensed to you for commercial use, including posting on social media, e-commerce platforms, and advertisements. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
